Reason: Shopify does not provide serial number to Increff so we need to get the serial numbers against the items updated on Shopify panel
Resolution :
Shopify’s app store has a third party app for this very purpose.
Step 1: Install the app by using the above link.
Step 2: Launch app from app store.
Step 3: Synchronize data.
Step 4: Go back to Inventory Item IDs-Format B hit Enter and Export data into a CSV.
Step 5: Use Inventory Item ID as channel serial number while uploading to CIMS.
