You an add users by the following steps:
Go to the weblink https://services.increff.com/account/auth/domain-ui and enter the respective orgnisation name under which the user has to be created.
Sign in using the credentials provided.
Once you are logged in you would be directed to the following page where you can add new users. The users created in these organizations must have app.standard access to upload the files.
Note:
In case you are redirected to the following page, enter application name as channel-app, this would take you to step 1.
