Assure Reports

Assure Reporting is done using TIBCO Jaspersoft 


There are two sets of reports available: 

  • Standard Reports          (common for all the Customers)
  • Customized Reports      (Customer specific)

Inventory and Bin details snapshot will be present only for the current date.

DashboardThis dashboard provides Sales, Inwards and returns data of last day, current week and current month. Current Snapshot of Unmapped SKUs is also populated.
InwardsInward Report at GRN Level - OMSThis contains GRN data at invoice level for all the POs getting inwarded. Data can be filtered baed on GRN dateWhenever a user wants to see the overall snapshot of GRN happening as per GRN date.

Also gives overall GRN productivity of warehouse

InwardsInward Report at GRN SKU Level - OMSThis contains GRN data at SKU level for all the POs getting inwardedThis data is mostly needed by ERP systems to capture GRN data
InwardsInward Report at PO SKU Level - OMSThis contains GRN data at SKU level for a given POWhenever a user wants to see detailed GRN report for a single PO either to share to client or for debugging purpose
OutwardsB2B Outward SKU wise report - OMSThis contains complete data at SKU level for all the B2B outward invoices getting created in Increff system. It also has data like tax information, life-cycle times (creation, packed etc)Needed by ERP systems

Any analytics required with billing/outward for B2B can be done using this data

OutwardsB2C Order Status Dashboard by Order date - OMSFor all the order created in certain date range, this report shows status wise split grouped by channels and date.By seeing the number of orders open status wise, one can plan the resource of the warehouse

One can see things SLA breaches, Cancelled orders per channel date wise

Also in case total order for a day for channel is having very low/high count, one gets alerted and act accordingly

OutwardsB2C Order Status Dashboard by SLA date - OMSFor all the order with in certain SLA date range, this report shows status wise split grouped by channels and date.By seeing the number of orders open status wise, one can plan the resource of the warehouse.

For today's SLA, single view will tell if some orders may breach SLA and if extra resource is required

OutwardsOrders status Reports - OMSFor all the open orders, this report has all the details at Order level. This has entire order life-cycle details along with status wise split for items in orderGives order level view for open orders. Helps in debugging if we want to track till order level.

OutwardsFailed Order ReportThis report contains the list of all the failed orders currently present. An order is marked as failed if listing for some of its SKU is not present in the systemIf any order is in failed status. It is important to get the listing uploaded soon as order cannot be processed till listing is uploaded.
OutwardsManifest Reports DetailThis report contains entire detail for manifest. Details include orders, transporter, AWB, channel and times.To see all the manifest for a transporter for a day/ multiple days

ListingChannel Inventory Exposure Detail - CIMSThis report tells for a channel, what are the quantities exposed, synced time, buffer usedWhile debugging, one can use this report to check if there are discrepancies between channel inventory and inventory exposed
ListingChannel Inventory Exposure Summary - CIMSThis report gives overall summary of total SKUs, quantities exposed to each channel. Additional information includes % of inventory exposed, % of SKUs listed/not listedFor business this report gives a great view in terms of exposure at channel level
ListingChannel Mapping Error - CIMS

ListingSnapshot - CIMSThis report gives a dump of all mapping uploaded in CIMS for every channelAnyone wants to verify the mappings or check and duplicate error can use this report to see list of uploaded mappings
ListingUnmapped Channel SKUs - CIMSThis report gives list of unmapped SKUs per channel. Unmapped SKU are those SKUs which are present in OMS but there listings are missing in CIMS
WMSProductivity Report - WMSThis report gives, for every user, productivity on daily basis. Productivity includes seeing items getting picked, packed, GRNed per userThis report is useful to see which user is performing well and who needs little more attention.
ReturnsGate Entry Report - OMSThis report contains entire detail of all the return gate entries getting created and AWBs received against itTo see if all returns received in a gate entry got processed

ReturnsImage URLs - OMSThis report contains image URLs for QC Fail items receivedFor SPF claims, channels needs images. Those image's URL can be taken form this report
ReturnsReturn Order Report Item Level - WMSThis report contains item level information for items getting received in returnsMostly for QC Fail return inwards, item id information gets crucial for return. Multiple times, user wants to know items returned in particular order or all items returned with particular QC status. This report can be used to get any such detail
RetrunsReturn Order Report SKU Wise - OMSThis report has SKU level data, linked forward order data for every return getting processedThis data is needed by client's ERP.

Also this report holds a huge financial value. Recon team uses this report to see how many pieces getting returned and QC details to settle financials witch channels

StorageBin & SKU level Inventory Snapshot - WMSFor every bin, it gives location, SKU count, QC, allocation informationWhen someone wants to do full cycle count and match before and after snapshot

If there is some discrepancy in physical and digital count, like physically bin is empty but making it offline throwing error, this report is helpful

To see which location is occupied by which bin

StorageInventory Ageing - WMSFor every available SKU in warehouse, this report shows how many of them are less than 30 days old, 31-60 days old till greater than 180 days old. Also it has sale count for last 15 daysHelpful for business people. They easily get to see which all SKUs are performing good/bad. Can take future business decision based on this data
StorageGRN at Item Level Report - WMSFor a certain date range, this report shows items which got inwarded but were not putawayMany times people do forget to putaway the GRNed bin. Also sometime, while doing GRN, user forgets to map item to bin.

StorageQC Reject Reasons Report - WMSFor all items getting marked as QC Fail in a certain date range, this report gives detailed information like QC Reason, stage at which marked failIf someone wants to know how many QC Fails are happening after packing and see who has missed them during GRN process
StorageWarehouse Inventory Status - WMSDump of inventory in WMS for each SKU grouped by status(NEW, PICKING etc)
StorageBin Locations Report - WMSFor all locations in WMS, this report tells the id of bin if it is occupied. One can also see list of empty locations hereTo get list of empty locations
StorageMaster HSN IDs - FISCALDump of all the HSN IDs in the system along with tax rule
StorageNot Putaway Report - WMSThis has all the bins which has some inventory in it but the bin is not liveHelps in knowing the bins which are ready for putaway but by mistake it is not yet live
StoragePicklist reportThis report has entire detail of all the picklist getting generated, picked, lost, QC failed etcVery helpful in debugging. When some items has not reached the packing desk, one wants to see who picked it and from where.
StorageSKU Master - OMSThis report is the dump of entire SKU master present in OMS
StorageStock Movement DetailFor a specific date range, this report tells for each SKU, how many got inwarded, outwarded, returnedFor business, this report gives a good view to monitor the velocity of SKUs present at warehouse
